We pride ourselves in the availability and accessibility of our management team! We are here to ensure your The Fowler experience is as wonderful as possible with friendly team members ready to assist!
At The Fowler, we have an on-site maintenance team ready to assist Monday through Friday, and on call for emergencies like fire or flooding! Submit a maintenance request through our property app or get in contact with the Fowler Team if you have questions about your request.
Our Maintenance Team is able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Downtown Boise! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, you're more than welcome.
We ask that all maintenance requests are submitted through the property app. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help.
If you are locked out during business hours, the Fowler Team is happy to help. If you are locked out after-hours, please contact a local locksmith for assistance.

The Fowler offers multiple parking options so your arrival home from an exciting day in Downtown Boise is even easier. Parking options include standard, preferred, tandem, and EV, ranging in price from $150.00 to $250.00/month

The Fowler is proud to be pet-friendly! There is a $35.00 monthly pet rent. Call our leasing office to discuss breed restrictions, pet rent, or any other questions you may have.

The Fowler Apartments in Downtown Boise come unfurnished, but we would be happy to assist you and connect you with a recommended vendor like Wolff Services which provides furnishings at an additional cost.

Paying rent is made easy by the use of the online portal and property app! If you have any questions about the rent payment process, please contact our leasing team.
Our Renters Insurance requires the policy list all leaseholders, have a minimum of $100,000 personal liability, and list the property as an interested party. If you have any questions about the Renters Insurance policy at The Fowler, please contact our leasing office!
We are equipped for fast-speed internet with Quantum Fiber ranging from 940 Mbps to 1 Gbps. All of our downtown apartments are pre-wired with fiber optics, ready for instant internet on Day 1.
If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options, along with the lease break fee of 2x rent. When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes
To set up your utilities, contact Idaho Power online or by phone. If you have any questions about setting up your utilities, please contact our leasing team!
Utilities such as water, trash, sewer, electricity, alarm fees, and all others utility fees, will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.

The Boise location of The Fowler offers excellent access to public transportation options so you can easily explore the newest hotspots in the area!

For Future Residents
To apply for your new home at The Fowler, visit the floorplans page and apply now! You are also able to apply though the Applicants link at the top of the site.
When reviewing an application to rent at The Fowler, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and 3 times income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.
Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to 3x (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than 3 times (gross market rent)
Roundhouse will proceed in running a thorough credit and rental history check on all applicants aged 18 and older that apply for residency. Roundhouse uses a third-party credit scoring system to evaluate consumer creditworthiness. Based upon the applicants' credit score, the application will be accepted, rejected, or accepted on the condition that an additional security deposit is paid, or guarantor is added to the lease.
Our property uses RentGrow Inc. to verify income. If no records are found using this software, you may be asked to provide another verification method, such as banking information or past paystubs to validate income.
Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.
The Fowler provides the support of a full-service management company with all the modern conveniences that the industry offers. Anything you, as the resident, need is just a call away, ranging from home services to customer services. Contact us with any questions, and we can't wait to welcome you home.

Our team suggests making a previously arranged appointment to prevent any wait time and to make sure all your questions about these apartments in Boise get addressed. However, we do also accept walk-ins.
Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.
Our community was built in 2018, so we are considered new construction with very little noise heard by neighbors.
Local shopping, dining, and entertainment surrounds the community, located just minutes away from the heart of Boise!
We want you to make your new space home! You can decorate, but please keep in mind you may be charged for hole repairs if you hang art or TVs. If you have a question about what types of decorations are permitted, please call our leasing team!
The Fowler does not have additional monthly fees for using amenities. However, you must pay any additional charges for parking/pet rent dependent on resident circumstances.
We do not allow subletting or AirBNB listings.
We want The Fowler to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. All of our community spaces are ready for your use without any additional charges!
When signing the lease you will pay the prorated rent and any additional deposits and rentable items prorated as well. Call our leasing team to discuss the up-front costs in further depth!
